I had a wonderful conversation with Erin Summ on How to use the power of emotions for Confidence. We specifically talked about this for introverts who tend to shy away from big risks, or stepping into the spotlight.

The 3 main points we discussed were:

  • How our childhood experiences shape our confidence and therefore how we show up in the world as adults (and what to do about it)
  • How to have a happy childhood, even if you’re 50!
  • How knowing and embracing your strengths can build confidence
