When we struggle with a big problem, it can feel overwhelming. We often don’t know where to start.
Here are a few ideas about how to work with those biggies.

We don’t need to overcome them all in one gulp! We make small steps, one tiny bit at a time.

And we absolutely need to deal with how the problem makes us feel. Those emotions (fear, anger, sadness, grief, regret, disappointment, panic, anxiety) can keep us stuck, and not moving forward or backward.

When we soothe the emotion about it, our brain can think more clearly and we can respond more resourceful.
