Some Points we Discussed

  • Kate’s journey to becoming an EFT practitioner specialising in abundance tapping, from being a complete sceptic to an everyday user.
  • Fear of shining is one of the biggest challenges facing new business owners, the core issue being safety.
  • Our “inner mean girl” often stems from our childhood. The key is to clear out the origin of negative thoughts.
  • Key questions to empower negative thoughts about ourselves:
    1. Is it true?
    2. Can you absolutely know this is true?
    3. How does it make you feel when you think “I am not good enough”?
    4. Who would you be without that thought?
  • Create a Universe box or God box to store your written notes about your worries and trust the universe to address these worries.
  • Tosha Silver’s book ” Outrageous Openness” discusses the God box and handing things over to the universe.

Great interview. I can clearly see why my business was not working in the past. I had too much baggage. Now I am learning to trust the process of life and to constantly stay engaged and open to life.

That’s wonderful feedback and insight, Portia. Yes our baggage can be such a drag, and it’s so worth it to go looking at the inner demons and dragons that tell us things that are not true. I love that you’re learning the trust the process of life, and you’re staying engaged and open. That’s beautiful and I’m convinced it will bring wonderful rewards of love and abundance in different forms, into your life. Thank you for being here!
