“There are 2 kinds of drama: The drama that leads to more drama. And the drama that leads to a new mindset.” (Unknown)(

I recently had 2 situations where I realised I was not using my agency. I noticed I felt a bit like a victim – as if I was powerless in the situation.

It took me back to the valuable concept of the DDT — The Dreaded Drama Triangle — and the roles we play when we’re embroiled in this triangle. And fortunately — there is a way out of this disempowering triangle. The Empowerment Dynamic can support us to move forward. And that’s where we can access that ‘new mindset’ that the quote below refers to.

Quote: "There are 2 kinds of drama: The drama that leads to more drama. And the drama that leads to a new mindset."

In this video, I talk through how the The Dreaded Drama Triangle and The Empowerment Dynamic works and how I applied it.

It’s a valuable model I use often in client sessions. It provides a different perspective, empowerment and hope! I also discuss how EFT tapping supported me to get through the heavy emotions in both situations.

PS: I briefly mentioned a workshop I hosted in October 2024. If that is in the past when you read this, I always have new workshops scheduled here.
