If you’re a sensitive introvert who fears the spotlight and showing up, yet you know you need to for your work or personal goals – I truly get it. I have so much empathy for that ‘visibility fear’.

That’s exactly where I started my journey too, a number of years ago. Too afraid to talk about my work, yet hoping and wishing (against all odds) that my work would magically be found by those who needed it.

I share here a bit of background about this fear and where it may have started. Join me with a tapping round to start diminishing this fear. You know, and I know, that the fear is not rational. Yet, it lingers. EFT is the tool of my choice to help us minimize that fear, so we can step into action.

Tiny action steps, just right for an introvert!
