Do the same problems keep cropping up in your life?
Have you tried to make changes but then slipped back into old ways of being that keep you stuck and unhappy?

If you answered yes to either, listen to today’s interview. There will be some answers and helpful tips for you.

I’m an avid traveler – and actually where I travel most of all, is on the internet! I’m privileged to meet wonderful people in my online travels (social media and in groups I belong to). I love interviewing people with an inspiring message or book, and today I’d love to share with you my friend and colleague and author, Marléne Rose Shaw.

She’s in the UK while I’m in South Africa and we met in an online group about EFT. It was a privilege for me to speak with her about her beautiful, much needed book “Out of Fear Into Love“.

We discussed the symptoms of limiting beliefs, and how they form. Marléne let us in on the 4 most common of these beliefs that hold us back from having a life filled with joy and love, and how we keep perpetuating them. She mentioned 4 ways we can immediately start practicing self-love, even though we still have some ’emotional cleanup work’ to do. She also gave us a great way to understand how EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) works, and the benefits of clearing up the emotional charge attached to events in the past.

Interview with Marléne:

Note: For the first 10 seconds or so, my voice slowed down and then speeded up. Quite funny really, and fortunately it evens out after that. Enjoy!
