My recommendation is at least 3 months to truly gain the traction you want. If budget is a concern and you're starting on 4 sessions per month, we can discuss going to 2 a month after you start noticing differences. I want you to succeed! This is a journey, not a sprint.

Coaching and counseling (I use a blend) is about helping you to find your own answers. In addition, sometimes you'll need info that you don't have, to solve your main challenges.
