These free, bi-monthly calls are designed to help you:

✅ Release emotional weight through gentle EFT (Tapping)
✅ Gain clarity with reflective journaling prompts
✅ Feel seen & supported in a group of like-minded HSPs
Each session has a unique theme that speaks to the emotional needs of HSPs.

Each call explores a different theme, offering journaling prompts, space to reflect, and 15-20 minutes of EFT tailored to the topic.

Maybe you’re a mom juggling too much and feel guilty when you lose your temper with your child. Or you run your own business and push yourself relentlessly without pausing for rest. This session will help you soften your inner critic and treat yourself with the kindness you give others.

“Where do I need firmer boundaries?”
You feel obligated to say ‘yes’ to everything, even when you’re running on empty. This session will help you release the guilt and honour your own needs.

“What’s one thing I can simplify right now?”
If you’re constantly overstimulated—whether by noise, responsibilities, or emotions, we’ll explore how to slow down, reset, and regain clarity.

“What limiting belief am I ready to let go of?”
You second-guess yourself constantly, worrying if you’re “doing it right.” This session will help you release perfectionism and step into self-trust.
✨ October 27 – Navigating Sensory Overload
“What helps me feel grounded?”
If crowded spaces, background noise, or too much social interaction leave you drained, this session will guide you in soothing your nervous system.

“What have I learned about myself this year?”
You’ve spent the year doing, supporting, and showing up for others—now it’s time to slow down, reflect, and honour your own journey.

Each call is free, and spaces are limited.
