You can get started immediately by downloading the material below. Right click on any link to download and save. Another option is to click the link, let the pdf open in your browser, and then save it.
In our first week together, we want to create a “yardstick” of where you are right now with the issues you want to address during this program, so that we have something to measure against later on. Being able to see and feel your progress is motivating!
Here are your instructions:
- Download and print the material below.
- Start by reading “Joyful Self Care Module 1” – it contains all the instructions you need, and will let you know what to do with the other documents.
- Buy a folder for yourself where you can keep all the printed material in one place, so you can easily find your material for reference during the program.
- Complete the exercises to the best of your ability.
- If you’re also attending coaching sessions with me, bring any questions you may have to the session, we will make sure to answer them.
- At the same time, please honour where you are time-wise. Some weeks you will have more on your plate than other weeks. Do as much as you can every week and remember you can revisit your material over the course of the next weeks, months, years.
- If you have any questions that feel critical to your progress, please mail me and I’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
