Workshop: EFT for Self-Help
If your’e like the rest of the human race, you might be experiencing some anxiety, fear, dread, sadness, grief, loss and other difficult emotions during this time of massive change.
We want to be resourceful for our own and our clients’ sake, but how to do that when the fear is so raw and close to the surface?
I’ve been working with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques or tapping) for the past 14 years. It’s the single most useful tool I’ve come across, to process and put behind us, those emotions that can keep us stuck.
In this 90 minute class you will learn the basics of EFT for self-help.
You’ll feel calmer at the end of our time, and have this tool at your finger tips for going forward.
You’ll know how to bring yourself to a calm, resilient place again going forward.
