I’m so excited to welcome you! Well done with your decision to work towards your dreams, goals and a wonderful future. I know it can feel a little scary to start on an unknown journey. You might think “What did I get myself into?” or “I don’t know if I can do this!”
Let me reassure you. That would be completely NORMAL. So if you’re having those thoughts, and feeling a little uncertain, it’s okay that you feel like that. I’m here to guide you through a wonderful journey of growth, development, discovering marvelous things about yourself, and working through the things that are not feeling so great. We are not the same person at the beginning of the journey than we are at the end.
This is your resource page. Everything here is included in your program. Feel free to take a look around. Some of the resources are optional, while we will use others extensively and I’ll refer you to this section to familiarise yourself with some of the concepts we’re going to work with.
